Position : Executive Production
Job Location : Jambusar
About the company:
One of the leading agriscience and Agrochemical Company having plants in Gujarat and corporate office at North India.
Job Requirement:
Exp. 4 to 9 years of experience in production of chemical or agrochemical industry.
Qualification: BE Chemical
Job Description:
- Operate and monitor DCS systems for batch and continuous chemical processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of production plans in line with quality safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance quality assurance and EHS teams for plant reliability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate shift logbooks production records and SAP entries.
- Train and guide shift operators and junior staff on SOPs safe operating practices and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms (OSHA ISO GMP PI EHS policies)..
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of chemical process operations DCS systems and process safety.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues in real-time.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams (QA Maintenance EHS).
- Compliance Mindset: Knowledge of GMP ISO EHS and statutory requirements.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal and reporting skills.
