About the company:

One of the leading agriscience and Agrochemical Company having plants in Gujarat and corporate office at North India.

Job Requirement:

Exp. 4 to 9 years of experience in production of chemical or agrochemical industry.

Qualification: BE Chemical

Job Description:

Operate and monitor DCS systems for batch and continuous chemical processes.
Ensure smooth execution of production plans in line with quality safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with maintenance quality assurance and EHS teams for plant reliability and compliance.
Maintain accurate shift logbooks production records and SAP entries.
Train and guide shift operators and junior staff on SOPs safe operating practices and GMP guidelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms (OSHA ISO GMP PI EHS policies)..

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of chemical process operations DCS systems and process safety.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues in real-time.
Team Collaboration: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams (QA Maintenance EHS).
Compliance Mindset: Knowledge of GMP ISO EHS and statutory requirements.
Communication: Effective interpersonal and reporting skills.
