Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing organic social media activities across various platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube. The Social Media Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence engaging with our
audience and coordinating with both internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication and campaign success.
Role & Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create curate and manage all published content (images video written) across platforms.
- Monitor listen and respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Platform Expertise:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in using various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to optimize strategies accordingly.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content for social media channels.
- Coordinate with copywriters to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across different platforms.
- Work with the client servicing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualification
- Masters degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.
