Job Description:

Oversee the safe operation maintenance and repair of the Ammonia Refrigeration System and other facility mechanical components.
Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Supervise and provide direction to a small maintenance crew while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Perform daily equipment checks inspections and documentation to maintain compliance with mechanical standards.
Support SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards by maintaining food safety and quality procedures in the work area.
Track and log materials resources and maintenance activities for reporting and budgeting.
Oversee industrial/building maintenance repair projects and facility upkeep.
Implement public safety and security procedures to protect personnel equipment and property.
Conduct data entry and management on the Maintenance Management System and PSM website.
