Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assembler Specialist to join a Catoosa-based manufacturing team. The Assembler Specialist works alongside a team to complete final assemblies of coolers ensuring they are customer-ready. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hand assembly of cooler components.
Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints work orders and schematics to plan tasks.
Test and disassemble assemblies prior to shipment.
Operate manlifts and cranes safely.
Maintain a clean hazard-free workspace and follow all safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
5 years experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in tight/enclosed spaces and at heights of 6 feet or more.
Must be detail-oriented self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to climb stoop kneel crouch and stand for long periods.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must follow all PPE requirements JSAs and work instructions.
