Job Summary
We are hiring a Program Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.
Job Description:
- Coalition Building would be the main tasks for this role.
- Assistance with the coordination of New Jersey State Cancer Coalition (NJSCC) Daily activities
- Respond to calls and emails from NJSCC members
- Summarize meeting notes
- Assist with the preparation of informational materials including letters reports
- correspondences and other documents related to NJSCC functions and objectives
- Make updates to the NJSCC membership contact spreadsheet using the
- Novi Survey enrollment form
- Assist with the coordinate all NJSCC meetings
- General Coalition Meeting
- Coalition Leadership Meetings
- Cancer Coalition Workgroup Meetings
- Attend all NJSCC and overall NJCCCP meetings
- Assist with the development of the NJSCC webpage
- Serve as the liaison between NJDOH and the Coalition Leadership Committee
- Coalition Building
- Assist with the identification of potential members for the State Cancer
- Coalition and invite them to join using telephone and written outreach
- NJCCCP
- Policy scan continuation
- Assist with Comprehensive Cancer Control Program environmental scan
- Attend OCCP site visits
- As Needed
- Assist with grant applications
Education required:
- Bachelors Degree and 1-year related exp
Experience required:
- Laptop printer scanner MS Office
Work hours:
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Lunch hour (unpaid): 1 hour
