Job Summary
Jr. Engineer/Engineer Research and development
We are looking for a candidate to handle the Activities related to Quality Function
Responsibilities:
- Manage activities related to Quality such as supplier quality inhouse/process quality and customer quality
- Co-ordination with Engineering production and service team for Quality activities
- Preparation of MIS report (Daily/weekly and monthly)
- Updating of daily monitoring tracker and highlighting critical issues well in advance.
- Co-ordinate measurement activities with production and engineering team. Prepare tracking sheet and release monthly utilization report for CMM and other equipment.
- Timely release of issue logs CAPA and improvement activities.
- Can able to do critical visual inspection and identify defects to take corrective and preventive actions.
- Aspirant should be flexible enough to work in shifts.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
1 3 years of similar industry experience required
- Learning ability Eagerness to learn our products and market
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of assembly of components for preparing inspection plans
- Applicant should have basic knowledge of Microsofts Excel Power point and word
- Applicant should have basic knowledge of 2D drafting (Preferred Auto Cad)
- Applicant eager to learn 3D modeling software and design methodologies.
Pedigree:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
