Lot Coordinator

Overview

Don Ayres Honda is seeking a dependable detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lot Coordinator. This dynamic role supports vehicle delivery lot organization dealer trades and showroom upkeep. The Lot Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience maintaining dealership presentation standards and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As Lot Coordinator you will:

• Maintain a clean and organized lot by filling holes straightening rows rotating showroom vehicles and wiping down showroom cars.

• Pull weeds and spray around the lot assist with snow removal and ensure the dealerships exterior remains presentable.

• Assist with dealer trades remove accessories from vehicles and return them to the parts department completion of trade paperwork and communication with inventory and sales teams.

• Assist with welcoming customers to Don Ayres in our New Car Showroom and direct them to the appropriate department resources.

• Clean and maintain the coffee machine and supplies to keep the showroom tidy and welcoming.

• Assist with delivery photos with customers and Sales Consultants.

• Take vehicles through the car wash and hand dry when needed.

• Organize the delivery cabinet and maintain delivery supplies.

• Helping Sales Consultants give the best customer service to our valued customers.

• Check and charge vehicle batteries as needed following a documented process to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Ability to apply Diamond Fusionto windshields and transport vehicles to recon once the customer confirms purchase and also prepare cars for delivery by washing and drying.

• Wear dealership-approved attire (such as polo and khakis) and represent Don Ayres Honda with professionalism at all times.

• Performs other miscellaneous duties as needed to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools includingExcelandOutlook.

• Willingness to complete manufacturer training and stay current on product knowledge.

• Willingness to learn more and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand walk and move vehicles for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
