Your Tasks
- Prepare/review and present financial statements (IFRS / LGAAP) cash flow reports and performance analysis to stakeholders.
- Lead an accounting team responsible for efficient operations in areas of General Ledger Receivables Payables Payroll and Fixed Asset.
- Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors. Maintain and furnish required information during the audit.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and global finance processes and adherence to Global accounting KPIs
- Suggest improvement to financial systems and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with bankers and manage the end-to-end Banking relationship.
- Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings in time and in good quality
- Cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) according to IFRS and group-specific guidelines.
- Responsible for the annual budgeting tracking actuals variance analysis.
- Active development of processes and systems in financial accounting.
- Participation in international Finance transformation projects.
Your Profile
- Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience. Min. 3 years experience to lead an accounting team.
- Professional experience and expert know how in finance and accounting in SAP ERP and working together with a Shared Service provider
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data including presentations to senior management. Experience handling and working with regional or global stakeholders
- Fluent English language
