Job Description

Regional Sales Director Trimble AECO India & SAARC region

Were looking for a dynamicRegional Sales Directorto lead our direct sales growth in theconstruction sector spanninghorizontal (infrastructure industrial)andvertical (commercial residential institutional)projects.

The right person for this role will be able to lead and develop a team of managers and sellers to execute the Go to Market strategy for the region. You will be accountable to achieve business growth through delivering customer value driving growth for the AECO Segment within India & SAARC region


If you thrive onclosing complex Subscription /SaaS deals leading high-performing teams and shaping digital transformation in construction this role is for you.

What Youll Do

  • Own and exceed regional revenue targets for our SaaS subscription business.
  • Lead coach and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals.
  • Build executive relationships with developers contractors EPCs and industry leaders.
  • Drive new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Negotiate enterprise agreements and win large strategic deals.
  • Partner with marketing product and customer success and other X functional teams to deliver customer value.

What Were Looking For

  • 15 years in Direct Software sales with 5 years inSaaS subscription sales Leadership Roles.
  • Track record ofmulti-million ACV/ARR quota achievement.
  • Strong network and knowledge of theconstruction industry.
  • Skilled inconsultative selling C-level engagement and complex negotiations.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale regional sales teams.
  • Travel-ready and hungry to grow market share.
  • Bachelors degree is usually the baseline requirement.
  • MBA is highly valued but not mandatory.

  • Deep domain knowledge sales leadership experience often matter more than advanced degrees
