职位描述

1合同风险管理销售技术类合同文本各类协议IP条款的设计审查和修订协助解决合同全生命周期涉及的法律问题协助业务部门进行商务谈判为大客户项目提供全程法律支持为新业务模块设计交易模式制定标准合同模板

2业务支持为对口业务部门提供各类法律咨询提供可执行的法律解决方案起草修改专项法律问题分析研究报告配合研发部门识别专利申请机会和潜在风险推动后续专利保护行动

3流程与治理根据立法更新和业务需求改进法务工作流程协助对口业务部门改进更新业务管理流程制度文件CMS提升管理效率落实公司总部的知识产权管理制度政策和指引在中国区建立并执行本地化的知识产权流程并在需要时进行调整

4培训:根据对口业务部门的需求策划执行法律/IP培训计划推进培训活动的开展提高业务部门法律风险意识

5诉讼管理对业务部门的法律纠纷进行初步分析证据收集调查跟踪案件进展及执行参与诉讼/仲裁及其他争议的管理6知识产权项目管理整合检索网站培训材料等资源提高知识产权管理的效率

7IP登记与保护收集技术部门IP业务需求推进专利软著等的登记和申请参与技术开发项目的谈判处理公司知识产权维权侵权投诉异议答复等事务

8数据合规参与数字安全个人信息保护相关法律的合规项目的策划和实施

9法律情报收集收集研究对口业务部门涉及的法律法规信息研判对公司业务的影响应对策略并及时与相关者分享参与公司法律风险管理体系的建立和完善及法律数据信息库的维护

10完成上级指派的其他工作



任职要求

1 全日制本科及以上学历本科理工类研究生法学/法律专业者优先

2 法律法学知产/民商方向等相关专业通过法律职业资格/专利代理资格考试者优先

3 本科6年以上/研究生4年以上律所或公司法务工作经验有丰富的法律事务处理经验特别是在知产合同和数据合规领域

4 具备扎实的法学功底全面的法律知识和严谨的法律逻辑思维

5 具备独立的工作能力熟悉合同审查和公司日常法律实务处理经验

6 熟悉知识产权全生命周期管理对专利商标著作权域名商业秘密管理有一定实践经验

7 熟练掌握法律英语良好的口语和书面交流能力

8 具有一定的商业思维和良好的客户服务意识团队合作精神沟通能力和理解能力能深入了解行业特点和业务部门需求能为商业交易提供可行的法律解决方案

9 具备整合协同能力善于跨部门沟通和寻求资源解决问题

10 自我驱动眼界开放能主动学习前沿法律问题及相关交叉学科保持知识结构与时俱进

11 具备法律风险意识和灵活处理各类法律问题的能力具备较强的表达能力逻辑思维能力分析及应变能力
