Partner Compliance Screenings Intern
Job Description
In your role you will:
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and transform repetitive tasks into efficient digital solutions in screening process by using various AI tools including Power Automate Copilot Studio.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Power BI dashboards to monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for the Partner Compliance Screenings organization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on innovation digital transformation and data analytics.
- Support analysts to desktop searches analyze and determine compliance legal strategic operational risks associated with third parties.
- Document solutions workflows and learnings in alignment with Philips methodologies and share outcomes across the global team

The Partner Compliance Screenings team operates as a global team with over 15 different nationalities in three locations around the globe: Amsterdam Panama and Shanghai.
Youre the right fit if you have:
- Academic background in a relevant field (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management International Relations Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems Data Analytics Business Process Management or related areas).
- Basic understanding of Compliance/ABAC/Criminal Law principles.
- Genuine interest in automation artificial intelligence and digital transformation within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI) and AI tools such as Azure AI or Copilot Studio.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability of Japanese language will be a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and creative thinking skills combined with attention to detail adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in an international multicultural environment.
