the job-holder is responsible to manage business improvements related to Fuselage Equipping Tianjin within time scope cost and quality; And coordinate the implementation of Airbus Operating System (AOS) in Fuselage Equipping Tianjin.
Implement industrialization and improvements compliance and projects
Contribute to business processes management drive continuous improvement of the performance demonstrate tangible contributions to achieve programs objectives
Improve daily operational routines in FET
Launch & participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback (Management Control Routine)
Measure and report maturity (KPIs activities self-assessment)
Coordinate for industrial assessments
Co-facilitate building improvement roadmap with operational teams
Exchange and work with other projects or departments in Europe and in China
