DescriptionJob Summary:
The Compliance Assistant will support the companys global trade compliance (ITC) due diligence (DD) and internal sales policy programs. This role ensures that all business activities especially in cross-border transactions and internal sales practices comply with applicable laws regulations and company standards.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support export control sanctions screening and trade compliance reviews.
Maintain and update ITC-related documentation and approvals.
Assist in license applications restricted party screenings and recordkeeping.
Track updates to international trade regulations (e.g. EAR OFAC EU Dual-Use).
Conduct and document third-party due diligence in accordance with company policy.
Support compliance review of distributors agents and suppliers.
Maintain DD records and monitor follow-up actions.

For This Role You Will Need:
Knowledge of export control sanctions and due diligence processes.
Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance screening tools.
