Summary: Under the direction of department management exercises responsibility for execution of the companys strategic and tactical plans through department and related staff for the Quality Assurance Dept. This position exercises independent judgment routinely and operates within established guidelines.
Essential Functions: Includes the following
Issue Return part Authorization (RGA) (Aurora system) Customer Interface -> Email and Portal updates with RGA information Perform visual confirmation of Warranty and New parts using Visual Basic system. Defecting / Scrapping of the Warranty product returns. Repacking of the new product returns. Enter the warranty and new part returns into the Aurora system. Camera setup - Pictures of the incoming parts that are not Astemo supplied (non-Astemo). Dispute reports by email and in Customer portals. (Oreilly and Advance) Reports Emailed and Portal update to Customers - Labor Claim / Dispute / Investigation reports RGA Log updated and accurate
Qualifications:
Knowledge skills & abilities:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Possess ability to perform duties utilizing current company software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational verbal and written communication skills required.
- This position performs job duties in an ethical and professional manner.
Experience: Minimum 2 years prior related experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to work 40 60 hours per week.
Work Environment: Working in an office / warehouse environment with exposure to Forklifts and part Neutralization area.
Must wear the required Astemo PPE for Warehouse team members
