Job Summary
Japanese logistics company is seeking an Air Import Operations / Warehouse Associate in Grapevine TX!
Responsibilities
-Prepare and process documentation for air import shipments
-Coordinate and arrange air freight schedules
-Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery
-Issue invoices and maintain accurate billing records
-Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
-Manage inventory and maintain warehouse organization
-Operate a forklift to load unload and move cargo (training can be provided if necessary)
Qualifications
12 years of experience in air import operations preferred
-Excellent communication and customer service skills in English
-Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office data entry etc.)
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
-Ability to work on weekends as needed
-Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
Hours
9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary
$42K$45K (DOE)
