The Opportunity
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks in our NY office. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized flexible and able to manage ongoing administrative needs efficiently. This is a part-time hourly-based position
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings including both virtual and in-person sessions.
Manage office logistics employee welfare needs and general administrative tasks.
Provide support for ad-hoc requests as they arise including on-site assistance in the office when required.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or operational roles.
Background in high-tech or startup environments with the ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace.
High level of flexibility including the ability to work on an as-needed basis.
Willingness and availability to come into the NY office when required.
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Valid authorization to work in the United States.
