Responsibilities
Moodys compliance function operates globally to provide compliance advisory and training to its business lines. This role will be working closely with Hong Kong Compliance team and responsible for providing support for execution of Compliance responsibilities for the Hong Kong hub.
Summarising regulatory publications and circulars
Preparing governance meeting deck
Preparing compliance training deck
Providing support in compliance projects including performing gap analysis coordinating and tracking response from various stakeholders
Assisting in document management
Performing tasks / projects assigned by Hong Kong Compliance team members
About the Team/Program
Join our team of 4 based in Hong Kong focusing on basic/entry level compliance tasks. Moodys 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience guided by Moodys commitment to integrity excellence and insight. The program takes place each summer from June August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time offering a comprehensive view of Moodys business and culture and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking mentorship leadership speaker series and volunteering events. Interns complete project work determined by their team that have real impact fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Throughout the internship participants receive mentorship from Moodys professionals gaining insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company. Networking events and workshops further enrich the experience providing a platform for professional development and collaboration. As a Moodys intern you will gain real-world experience turn inputs into actions and be integral part of the team.
