Our Global Workforce Management (WFM) team is at the heart of this mission ensuring we can meet customer needs swiftly and efficiently no matter where they are. Were looking for a Global Intraday Lead to join our team and drive a unified global approach to real-time WFM across more than 30 countries.
In this high-impact role youll be instrumental in shaping how we monitor manage and react in real-time. Youll coordinate with over 120 shift leads establishing standardized processes tools and playbooks to maximize service levels and ensure we can recover quickly from any unexpected incidents. Your work will be critical to our success and youll collaborate closely with regional WFM leads global planning teams and real-time coordinators. Youll also be supported by a robust analytics and product team ensuring you have the tools and insights you need to succeed.
What youll be doing
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Build and lead a new global intraday WFM team - hiring developing and setting up ways of working that scale.
- Keep an eye on real-time performance across 30 countries to make sure our service levels stay where they should be.
- Create and maintain global playbooks for intraday management including alerts priorities and response actions.
- Design clear processes and tools to make operations smoother faster and as automated as possible.
- Set up strong planning and incident management frameworks so we can react quickly when things dont go as planned.
- Coach and guide shift leads and intraday coordinators helping them grow and perform at their best.
- Work closely with analytics product and planning teams to make sure dashboards and data support smart decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing results spotting patterns and fixing root causes before they grow.
Our humble expectations
- 5 years of experience in Workforce Management
- A natural experienced leader (40 - 50 direct reports) able to build and lead teams.
- Experience starting things from scratch - setting up new processes teams or functions that scaled successfully.
- Strong strategic mindset - you know how to create a roadmap and deliver on it efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of WFM tools metrics and real-time operations in a global or multi-country setup.
- Analytical data-driven and comfortable using dashboards and insights to guide decisions.
- Fluent in English and confident in communicating clearly and simply.
