Were now looking for a super-motivated Lead Account Management to guide and scale our team of Account Managers. Today the team manages five AMs and were looking to grow further. Your playground will be the grocery space and beyond working with major retailers driving aggressive growth milestones and helping shape how our partners succeed on our platform.
This isnt a role for someone who settles for just enough. We want someone who pushes past the minimum dives deep into data and motivates a team to deliver above and beyond. If youre commercially sharp thrive on big targets and know how to navigate retailers and key accounts youll feel right at !
Your mission
As Lead Account Management Local Shops you will:
Lead and develop - a team of Account Managers setting vision strategy and high-performance standards.
Manage & Grow Accounts Own relationships with key marketplace partners ensuring strong collaboration and delivering on growth targets.
Commercial Delivery Drive assortment pricing and promotion strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Relationship Building Act as the main point of contact for partners building trust and aligning on joint business plans.
Negotiation & Execution Lead negotiations resolve conflicts and find creative solutions to achieve milestones.
Data-Driven Insights Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities optimize campaigns and guide decision-making.
Business Development Expand partnerships beyond core categories while strengthening collaboration with existing retailers.

Qualifications :
Strong commercial background with proven leadership (12 years) ideally in Account Management or Key Account Management.
Experience working with major Swedish retailers and deep understanding of how they operate.
Proven track record of delivering growth in a fast paced environment.
Fluency in both Swedish and English
