Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

Join PwCs Transformation Design and Delivery team in Pōneke / Wellington as we work to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients across Aotearoa. Our team are experienced in large scale transformation delivery with planning coordinating and driving the delivery of outcomes - often involving multiple stakeholders suppliers and vendors - and across different locations. Programme and Project Management is a critical enabler of this and is the foundation of our most significant engagements.

Leverage your expertise in transformation delivery to make a significant impact for our clients in the following areas:

  • Transformation Design and Governance:Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.

  • Transformation Management and Major Project Delivery: Leverage your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients by managing initiatives within budget scope and timelines. Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles performing health-checks rescuing troubled projects ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and building deep stakeholder relationships.

  • Organisational and Technology Change Management: Drive successful organisational change and technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change management plans strategies and interventions fostering stakeholder engagement and driving seamless transformational change.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • 10 years program management experience

  • Detailed working knowledge of at least one of: Portfolio Programme & Project Management (3PM) PRINCE2 PMI/PMBOK Agile - SAFe ICAgile Scrum

  • Experienced running complex cross-functional projects/programs

  • Experience working with and influencing senior and Executive stakeholders

  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members
