Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between the Founders and internal teams and external partners
Draft review and manage correspondence presentations and communications on behalf of the Founders
Manage calendars coordinate schedules and ensure all commitments are tracked and fulfilled
Record minutes during meetings and follow up to ensure closure of assigned tasks
Understand and analyze business problems identify requirements and break them down into actionable steps
Support in drafting and executing business strategy including identifying target segments and key growth opportunities
Oversee projects requiring Founders intervention ensuring tasks are assigned acted upon and closed in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment accountability and seamless execution
Lead or support assignments on behalf of the Founders and manage stakeholder communications
Monitor progress across organizational initiatives to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key partners vendors and stakeholders
Represent the Founders in interactions with external stakeholders
Experience and amp; Skills:
Candidate from Finance domain is a must.
Strong business acumen with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Prior exposure to executive support consulting business strategy or project management preferred
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in communication research and strategy development.
