Were looking for a forward-thinking Product Owner to lead the development of infrastructure and services within the Service & Sustainability and Technical Communication areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
This is a strategic role where youll collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to shape the roadmap prioritize development and deliver impactful solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for Service and Sustainability within PLM.
- Ensure Technical Communication services are effectively integrated into the PLM platform.
- Own and manage the product roadmap backlog and release planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics features and user stories.
- Conduct trade-off analyses and make decisions to meet business deliverables.
- Represent the team in front of stakeholders clients and users.
- Research market trends best practices and emerging technologies.
- Promote Agile way-of-working and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Educational backgroundin Engineering (Bachelors or Masters degree) or a related technical field.
- Proven experienceas a Product Owner ideally in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologiesand experience in change management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently in English (verbal and written).
- Technically proficient with the ability to apply technology to business goals and make informed decisions.
- Customer-focused and results-driven with a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Resilient and adaptable able to thrive under pressure and manage setbacks constructively.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and alignment with Grundfos values.
