Working Student Product Management

At RIIICO were reimagining how factories adapt to change. Our AI-powered software makes complex production environments editable interactive and collaborative - turning manufacturing planning into something anyone can engage with not just the experts.

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Product Management team in a part-time hybrid role. As part of our innovative and agile team you will help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by carefully verifying that defined acceptance criteria are fulfilled.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will include writing and refining product requirements managing and organizing the product backlog and maintaining our test systems. You will collaborate closely with developers designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient implementation of new features.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while pursuing your studies in engineering computer science business or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills you can translate complex technical requirements into clear structured and understandable documentation.
• Attention to detail you work precisely and reliably even when handling complex or repetitive tasks.
• Structured and organized youre able to maintain well-structured backlogs and documentation over time.
• Analytical mindset you enjoy working with requirements acceptance criteria and testing processes.
• Basic understanding of software development processes (e.g. agile methods user stories testing workflows) is a plus.
• Proficient in English and/or German both spoken and written.
• Currently enrolled in a university program in business engineering computer science or a related field.
