We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to craft elegant and intuitive user experiences for our platform. Youll have the opportunity to design core features used by institutional investors and help shape the future of private market liquidity.
This role is open globally to full-time contractors who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours.

Tasks
- Lead end-to-end design efforts across product features from wireframes to polished UI.
- Translate complex workflows into simple user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve Tangibles design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in product design UX/UI or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating B2B or financial product design.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience working within design systems.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design.
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible proactive and self-directed.
