Job Summary
Safety Quality & Environment (SQE) Coordinator

To strengthen our team we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SQE Coordinator to support our operations and help us continuously raise our standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Safety
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of KONEs Safety Management System
Promote a strong safety culture and share best practices across teams
Participate in safety committees and improvement initiatives
Conduct audits and incident investigations ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Quality
Support Quality Management Systems and ensure process compliance
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Conduct internal and external quality audits
Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
Environment
Implement and monitor Environmental Management Systems (e.g. ISO 14001)
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
Promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental risks
Conduct audits and deliver environmental training
Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
Apply LSS tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
Lead or support improvement projects using DMAIC methodology
Facilitate Kaizen workshops and drive operational excellence
Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Experience in occupational safety quality or environmental management
Knowledge of safety management systems risk management and auditing processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
Organized proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Language skills: Fluency in Hungarian with good command of English (written & oral)
