We are looking for an experienced IT support professional to join the IT team of a multinational company in the energy sector. This role will be responsible for supporting and improving assigned systems and assisting users in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall support of assigned system(s).
- Plan and suggest improvements for assigned system(s).
- Ensure documentation of systems in accordance with corporate requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third parties when needed.
- Coordinate changes with Technical Leads.
- Support users in utilizing systems efficiently.
- Follow up and resolve tickets via IT Helpdesk system.
- Report relevant updates and issues to the IT team.
- Ensure compliance with IT Policy and Handbook.
- Share knowledge and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (relevant experience may substitute education).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT system support.
- Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple locations is a plus.
- Positive service attitude and team spirit.
- Analytical and structured work approach.
- Strong communication skills with users at all levels.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
