Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical support such as maintaining digital documentation systems and records data entry reporting and drafting English-language reports documents and presentations
- Conduct desktop research and other administrative duties as assigned
- Preparation and organization of training sessions and materials
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency is required; Chinese fluency is an advantage but not essential
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Be meticulous responsible self-motivated and able to work independently
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as English word processing Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity and ability to use digital tools and platforms such as Notion and AI
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on a four-month temporary contract term
- Fresh Graduates with higher qualifications (e.g. BA or BEng) will also be considered
