Location: Sydney (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Your Role

Youll take ownership of complex Liability PI and Management Liability claimsinterpreting policy wordings negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with ASIC RG 271 AFCA and industry codes. Youll work closely with insurers legal counsel and clients to deliver fair timely outcomes that uphold our reputation for excellence.

What You Bring

5-10 years experience in Cyber IT- Liability/Financial lines claims

Strong legal and analytical skills; ability to interpret legislation and policy

Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management

Law degree (or equivalent experience)

Professional detail-oriented and resilient
