Home Claims Assessing Manager Sydney (NSW)
- Lead a team of On Road Home Claims Assessors
- 2-year secondment
- Hybrid work location - WFH On Road with the team & Office (Sydney CBD)
The Role:
This role will lead approximately 10 12 Internal Home Claims Assessors. You will be responsible for ensuring our Assessing team deliver a Best-in-Class Claims experience for our internal claims team business partners and customers.

- Drive a high performing culture and a safe & inclusive workplace.
- Take ownership to drive your teams performance in achieving business targets and goals.
- Provide direction support and leadership to your team through varied channels (virtually on road & in office).
- Regular review and communicate business practices ensuring national consistency governance and process standards are met.
- Engage with peers and key stakeholders to understand overall Home Claims performance and leverage your teams capability effectively (technical or event support).
- Look for and own continuous improvement initiatives aligned to our Assessing & Repair Strategy.
What youll bring:
- Hands on practical people leadership (2 years leadership experience preferred)
- Awareness of Home Insurance / Property Claims (desired)
- Ability to prioritise effectively & strong communication
- Full unrestricted drivers licence
