Job Summary
Join a major social media platform project in Lisbon and become part of a vibrant international team. As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative youll support customers sellers and creators while enjoying a comprehensive relocation and benefits package.

Compensation: 870/month x14 bonuses & benefits
What Youll Do:
Provide professional and efficient support ensuring excellent service delivery
Identify root causes of reported issues and deliver effective solutions
Accurately document and summarise customer interactions
Escalate high-risk or critical cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
What Were Looking For:
Native/fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Customer-focused empathetic and proactive
Whats on Offer:
870/month x14 basic salary
Guaranteed language bonus of 400/month
Signing bonus of 1000
Loyalty bonus of 150/month
Relocation package (flight reimbursement up to 200 after 3 months)
400/month accommodation support for first 4 months
7.17 meal allowance per working day
