Location: Cheadle Heath Stockport

Salary: 28000 per annum (up to 32000 OTE On Target Earnings)

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

What Youll Be Doing Day-to-Day

As a Trainee BDR your role is to help the business grow by finding and connecting with potential customers. Youll learn and develop hands-on skills in:

Making outbound calls and sending prospecting emails to potential customers Using LinkedIn and social media to reach out to new prospects Logging and tracking all leads in the CRM system Setting up meetings or demos for senior sales colleagues Working towards monthly and quarterly activity targets (calls made emails sent meetings booked)

No prior experience required full training will be provided Strong communication skills and a positive confident approach Curiosity enthusiasm and a desire to learn and grow A proactive self-starter attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and willingness to try new things
