Account Executive (Sales) South Africa

Remote Full-Time 8 AM 5 PM EST
$2 500 - 5000 P/M OTE (Base Uncapped Commission)

What You ll Do

  • Run the full sales cycle: From inbound lead qualification to consultative discovery calls solution presentation and closing.
  • Sell recruitment solutions with confidence: Understand client hiring challenges and position Somewhere as their best partner.
  • Keep deals moving: Create urgency overcome objections and never let opportunities go cold.
  • Own your numbers: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly revenue targets.
  • Master the follow-up: Stay relentless ensuring no deal slips through.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and disciplined sales process.

What We re Looking For

  • Proven closers: 7 years in high-performance B2B or consultative sales. Recruitment industry exposure is strongly preferred.
  • Quota crushers: You have the results to prove it.
  • Recruitment-savvy: You understand how hiring works from pain points to placement and can speak the language of talent solutions.
  • High-energy communicators: Confident clear and persuasive.
  • Relentless operators: Obsessive about follow-through and pipeline velocity.
  • Consultative sales ability: Ask listen uncover and tailor the pitch.
  • Process-driven: CRM discipline is non-negotiable. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Resilient under pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced high-expectation environment.
