Job Title : Oracle Fusion EPM Functional Lead
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 10 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana
Responsibilities:

Experience with Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud applications.

Proven functional expertise in at least two or more Oracle EPM modules (FCCS PBCS/EPBCS ARCS EDMCS PCMCS etc.).

Experience in designing metadata business rules data forms Smart View and reporting solutions.

Experience working with stakeholders in Finance FP&A and Accounting teams.

Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion EPM with Fusion ERP or other financial systems.
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications (FCCS PBCS ARCS EDMCS etc.) are preferred.

Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting forecasting and consolidation processes.

Good understanding of data integration (ODI Data Management EPM Automate or REST APIs).
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.

Manage system configurations metadata management calculation rules forms dashboards and security setup.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP EPM and third-party applications.

Ensure solution alignment with financial processes including consolidation reporting allocations and account reconciliations.

Support month-end quarter-end and year-end financial processes with system functionality.

Lead UAT training sessions and documentation for business users.

Provide functional leadership for enhancements upgrades and ongoing system support.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
