We are partnering with a leading AI Fintech who is looking for hands-on Software Development Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge GenAI-powered fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect develop and scale a next-generation AI-powered fintech platform.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining hands-on.
Work on AI/ML model integration automation and platform optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.

Requirements

Degree holder with 10 years of Software Engineering experience.
Proven experience in building software platforms and AI-driven applications.
Strong background in AI GenAI machine learning and large-scale software development ideally from AI-driven startups hi-tech firms or platform-based software companies.
Proficiency in Java or C and familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) microservices and modern development frameworks.
Tech lead experience in fast-paced tech environments.
