Heres the impact youll make:

As a Client Representative on our dynamic Provisioning team youll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless security solutions for our customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to TELUSs reputation for excellence in alarm system installations and upgrades.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provision and activate cutting-edge alarm panels for new installations and service upgrades
  • Upholding TELUSs high standards by meticulously testing equipment validating account information and updating zone details before activating monitoring services
  • Managing cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades ensuring uninterrupted connectivity
  • Overseeing data updates for our valued commercial clients and complex residential accounts maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Heres How Youll Excel:

  • Provide exceptional support to commercial clients promptly addressing their requests via various communication channels
  • Efficiently handle inbound calls from technicians to activate monitoring services across residential small business and commercial sectors
  • Demonstrate versatility by managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers including creating canceling and updating accounts
  • Guide technicians in the proper setup and configuration of clearinghouse providers showcasing your technical expertise
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail while managing daily account updates and participating in data optimization projects

Qualifications

Youre the missing piece of the puzzle with your:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the callers needs to respond appropriately with actions and/or words
  • Maintain composure patience and professionalism in challenging situations
  • Ability to adapt your communication style to de-escalate or defuse emotionally charged situations
  • Demonstrated ability to remain open-minded and willing to change opinions based on new information
  • Demonstrated personal accountability to your team and company by respecting the needs and expectations set forth by the schedule
  • Ability to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced changing environment
  • Talent to analyze unique situations utilize problem-solving skills and provide timely conflict resolution
  • Good judgment capacity to take initiative and make quick decisions
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Be willing and able to work various shifts including evenings weekends and statutory holidays based on business needs

Great-to-have:

  • Experience in a security provisioning environment
  • Experience in a call center environment
