Job Summary

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Tools: Weightage: 25%

Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Application Portfolio Management and IT Governance

Deep knowledge and understanding of multiple enterprise architecture frameworks/methodologies

Experience in structured methodologies for the design development and implementation of applications

Demonstrated experience with multiple Enterprise Architecture tools that support:

Architecture Modelling and Blueprinting Architecture Repository Management Portfolio Management Road mapping and Planning Governance and Compliance Visualizations and Reporting Integration with other processes and tools

Experience in the use of development tools Computer Aided Software Engineering ( C A S E ) tools information retrieval packages and other software tools such as project management software and business re-engineering software

Application Portfolio Management: Weightage: 24%

Experience in measuring business and technical value of solutions including defining key data and processes for capturing key data

Experience in value analysis for IT solutions applications platforms and infrastructure Experience in portfolio risk analysis technical debt vendor viability and direction analysis market trends and skill availability

Experience with application lifecycle management and cross dependencies with infrastructure lifecycle management contract management and cloud as a service.

Enterprise Architecture Domains: Weightage 7%

Knowledge and experience in Application architecture Technology Architecture Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and directions

Experience leading shared platform design documentation and configuration for medium or large corporate implementations

Demonstrated experience and understanding of solutioning based on a composable and modular architecture approach and leveraging enterprise platforms

IT Strategy and Change Management: Weightage: 7%

Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources

Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems processes and required data.

Demonstrated Transformation thinking and understanding of data interdependencies

Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision

Communications: Weightage: 7%

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills

A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Experience in Stakeholder Engagement including presentations and briefing notes and conducting / facilitating meetings
