Position Overview
Were seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and strengthen client this role as an individual contributor you will lead strategic sales initiatives expand Milroses footprint with new and existing clients and position the firm as the go-to partner for building compliance solutions. Youll work closely with executives partners and industry leaders to deliver measurable business impact.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Build and expand client relationships with tenants owners GCs project managers architects engineers and other stakeholders.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
- Partner with Milrose teams and industry partners to create integrated sales approaches.
- Represent Milrose at industry networking events client meetings and educational presentations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop regional strategies campaigns and content.
What Youll Bring
Required:
- 7 years of sales experience preferably in construction building services or related industries.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with building departments permitting or compliance services.
- Knowledge of construction and real estate industry networks and practices.
Work Environment & Schedule
- This position is based in New York NY with a hybrid work schedule.
- Standard working hours are MondayFriday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Travel requirements: Moderate (for client meetings and industry events).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110000 - $130000 based on knowledge skills and experience.
- Monthly incentive commission plan
