Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments
Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and follow-up activities
Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Assist with administrative tasks and document processing as needed
Uphold company standards in all communications and customer engagements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
