Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our companys welcoming and efficient front-office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk activities including mail deliveries and administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Ensure the reception area remains tidy organized and stocked with necessary materials
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Assist internal teams with document handling and coordination
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask stay organized and work independently in a fast-paced environment
