Job Summary

Velocity Switzerlands first boutique fitness studio is looking for passionate hard working team members in our Enge West and Zug studios.

Velocity is a growing chain of innovative cycling and power studios challenging the status quo of indoor cycling. Each class is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both your body and mind. Velocity combines an intense cardiovascular sweat and full body toning reinforced by the authority of music.

As Velocitys FRONT DESK MANAGER you are accountable for all aspects of running Velocity in one studio location. You manage and lead the overall operations of the business. You are accountable for fostering the ride culture both in-studio and out in the community with sales marketing and events.

You do not need previous experience in the fitness industry. But a passion for fitness and hospitality is essential. You will lead and inspire to transform the way our clients feel.

Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and co-ordinate the studios Customer Service

Manage Front Desk (Give a warm welcome to all customers Check Customers in provide towels & shoes etc.)
Help new customers get set-up
Set-up Studio for class including turning on lights & music setting up Veloboard technology and setting up front of house booking system
Create and maintain a motivated and highly personable team
Supervise the Studios retail operations
Pro-actively solve day to day Studio management issues
Happy to do manual work like washing towels and cleaning bikes and floors

Ability to work flexible hours
Fluent English and German are a must
