Join Arctic GM for the 2025-2026 winter season in Rovaniemi Finland! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to be part of our office team helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key point of contact you will play an essential role in our commitment to high-quality small-group and private tours. Our deep-rooted history in Lapland with heritage tracing back 20 generations ensures an authentic and enriching work environment.
Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Handle guest inquiries bookings and reservations.
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage communication with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Work with booking systems to process and manage reservations.
Requirements
- Legal permit to work in the Schengen Area (we do not sponsor work permits).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly professional attitude.
- Previous office or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
- Experience with Bokun or other booking systems is preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
