Job Summary
Join our team as a new member of our Front-of-House.
We are a diverse team of young professionals dedicated to creating the best possible experience for our clients and their journey to achieve their fitness and health goals. Our Front-of-House is an important part of our philosophy which is not only focused on exercise itself but emphasizes the importance of the right environment to perform at a high level and to maintain this high level once its reached.
We are looking for energetic detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We value personal initiative engagement a proactive mindset and original ideas fostering a work environment that is respectful considerate and team-oriented.
Tasks
- Representing Hagius as the first person clients meet when they enter Hagius
- Welcoming clients checkin them in and helping them feel right at home
- Assist clients with their needs turning any concerns into positive experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio
- Handle basic administrative tasks
- Warmly introduce the HAGIUS experience to newcomers making them feel welcome and excited about our offerings
Requirements
- Proven hospitality experience (hotel luxury retail high-end fitness or wellness).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness fitness or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio.
