Job Summary

Role: Reporting Analyst

Location: Morristown NJ

Duration: 2-3 Month Contract

Pull review and analyze criticism reports from NCCI independent bureaus and P&K; document findings in Excel assign to Underwriters/Assistants and track for resolution or reopening.
Maintain and update regulatory/state reports (e.g. New York CV-ALIR report card) run scripts to add policy details and analyze late-issued policies using Premiere.
Correct and report coverage/vehicle data in CV-ALIR manually process VIN requests and communicate with Underwriters regarding non-renewals or data correction needs.

Duties for temp:

Access NCCI and Independent bureaus sites to pull criticism reports. Create a excel spreadsheet based current template which list all criticism. Preform analysis of assignment for resolution . Review criticism and assign to UW / UA for correction

State of New York Report card provided by CV-AIR update the TRANSMISSION DATE reports with transmission details. Details of on-time and late reporting of transactions.
State of New York Report card provided by CV-AIR run scrip to add the: Policy expiration date; Broker Name; Program ; UW Name to the New York report card provided by CV-ALIR
Access Premiere to preforms analysis for to determine the reason policy was issued late (Reason for lateness categories are already pre-set)
P&K provided a list of reported ISO errors quarterly Temp is to add list to master sheet preform analysis if new errors have been reported. Also preform analysis if closed errors need to be reopened based on error reported date.
Access CV-ALIR for to correct errors by correcting Vehicle identification numbers
Manual reporting Vehicle identification numbers to CV-ALIR ( request come via email )
Email UW that a non-renew transaction needs to be process for WC continuous state
