At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) Student Analysts play a key role in delivering compassionate evidence-based ABA therapy while actively working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. This full-time role provides structured supervision hands-on clinical experience and a clear pathway toward professional advancement.

What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under direct BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols
- Collect accurate session data using digital tools
- Participate in clinical meetings trainings and skill development
- Receive structured supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA fieldwork hours
- Uphold clinical quality ethical standards and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications (Per AutismCOE Student Supervision Requirements)Required:
- Currently enrolled in ABA coursework through a BACB-approved program
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Eligible for supervision by completing internal review requirements:
- Employed at AutismCOE for 1.5 months (45 days)
- One-month review of clinical quality and treatment integrity
- Must consistently average 20 direct client hours per week during review
- In good standing with no disciplinary action in the last 6 months
- Meets BACB eligibility requirements for supervised fieldwork (BCBA or BCaBA)
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with children with autism
- Strong documentation communication and teamwork skills
- Professional dependable and eager to grow in the ABA field
Compensation
Billable Rate: $23.00$28.00 per hour
(rate based on experience RBT credentialing and performance)
Non-billable activities follow AutismCOEs internal pay structure.
