About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter with 1 2 years of experience to support our hiring needs. The role will primarily focus on sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for various positions across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through job portals LinkedIn and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely updates on recruitment status to the HR team and hiring managers.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field.
1 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (job posting sourcing screening interviewing).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc.).
Good understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search social recruiting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Inventory is a plus. -Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL is an added advantage. -Zoho Certification (if any) will be a bonus. -BE/ (CS/IT)
Education
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
