| Duties and Responsibilities | IT Procurement & Commercial Management Execute end-to-end procurement activities: PR creation RFQ quote analysis PO issuance Conduct price benchmarking and assist in negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership Manage IT vendor onboarding compliance documentation & vendor master accuracy Track software license utilization cloud consumption AMC renewals Maintain procurement dashboards: PO status PR aging contract renewals calendar Coordinate with Legal on NDAs/MSAs/SOWs review commercial terms (SLA penalties payment milestones) Support audits by providing purchase records and compliance evidence FP&A Cost Planning & Reporting Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for technology cost centers Analyze actual vs. budget variances with clear commercial drivers Assist in preparation of monthly MIS & management reports (IT cost Capex/Opex split) Track cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency metrics Support investment business cases for IT projects including ROI & TCO analysis Ensure timely month-end closure entries: accruals reclasses for IT-related spend |
