Job Summary

Role: Oracle / ERP Recruiter
Location: Remote (India / US Hours)
Type: Full-time

Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Oracle/ERP Recruiter to help identify engage and onboard top Oracle Fusion EBS and ERP consultants for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills understands ERP project lifecycles and can manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

Source screen and qualify candidates across Oracle modules (Finance SCM HCM PPM OTM etc.).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing client requirements.
Coordinate interviews feedback and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with client account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring SLAs.

Requirements:

3 6 years of IT recruiting experience with focus on Oracle / ERP roles.
Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Dice and Ceipal/ATS systems.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Strong Oracle Network or Database of talent.
Experience supporting US clients. Oracle Shops Oracle Vendors
