Job Summary
Senior Accounts
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of overseeing and directing the accounting operations for the North India region.
- Supervise the entire general accounting processes including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger Inventory Accounting and Reconciliations.
- Manage substantial volumes of financial data such as 300 400 invoices per month.
- Supervise debtors creditors and inventory-related accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Work closely with the CFO for financial planning budgeting and strategy alignment.
- Produce periodic MIS reports and dashboards to facilitate business decisions.
Team Management
- Lead and guide a team of around 20 accounting professionals.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement accountability and performance excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Solid background in general accounting and financial operations.
- Experience in managing large data sets and high transaction environments.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical communication and team management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles regulations and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
