Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (including Power Automate Desktop) to lead automation initiatives across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP automation API integrations intelligent automation and end-to-end process design and delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
Lead the full automation lifecycle: discovery design development testing deployment and hypercare.
Automate business processes across SAP systems using UiPath and Power Automate including GUI scripting and BAPI integrations.
Build and manage custom connectors actions and triggers in Power Automate.
Integrate automation with APIs Oracle/SQL Server databases Citrix environments PDFs and legacy systems.
Utilize AI Builder OCR and image recognition for intelligent document processing.
Implement UiPath RE Framework to ensure scalable robust and reusable automation architecture.
Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles along with post-deployment hypercare.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
Prepare detailed technical designs test cases documentation and operational guides.

Must-Have Skills

5 years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop.
Proven experience in SAP automation (GUI scripting BAPI IDoc etc.).
Strong expertise in API integrations SQL/Oracle database automation and Citrix/PDF automation.
Proficiency in UiPath RE Framework.
Ability to design/configure custom connectors and manage end-to-end system integrations.
Strong understanding of workflow design exception handling and logging.
Experience in unit testing SIT/UAT support and hypercare.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with AI Builder document understanding and image recognition.
Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for RPA deployments.
Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Certifications in UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
