Follow up with clients after sales closure for smooth coordination.
Collect and verify all required documents from clients.
Manage paperwork agreements and filing in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Maintain records of client interactions documentation and sales-related data.
Provide support to the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper communication and service.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Prior experience in sales coordination customer support or admin role preferred.
Graduate in any stream.
